Audience
Change Power addresses managers for expert
planners and support teams. In the course the potential of the Carmen
System is discussed as well as how it can be achieved. We talk about
the different roles needed for simulating scenarios and how much time
it may take.

also understand the system better and be able to use it to its' fullest

Course
topics
This course will talk about Change Power in
threee steps. First there is a general overview of the Pairing and
Crew assignment products. We will look at the user interface, some
terminology and how Carmen is used in every day planning.
In the second part, the concept of Change Power is explained. What
it really means and what it is used for. We talk about analyzing the
current planning situation and making scenarios for future changes.
The
final part of the course is about the practical side of Change Power
- how it is put to use and how we make Carmen do all the things it
can do. The organization around the products is discussed. there needs
to be a Production Planning team and a Support Team that maintains
the products.
