Carmen Consulting AB, based in Stockholm, provides consultancy services such as analysis, modeling, prototyping and system development in the planning, scheduling, and resource optimization sectors. We are now looking for new colleagues.

You should have outstanding skills in computer science and operations research as well as high ambitions and a great interest in using these technologies to improve our clients business. We are looking primarily for people with a few years of experience. More female applicants are welcome. The open positions are:

System Administrator and Unix Consultant
We seek a person that can manage our, and some of our clients, computer installations. You need to have a deep knowledge of Unix (HP-UX), C/C++ programming as well as a broad knowledge of networking, hardware and software development. Five or more years experience is preferred.

Optimization Developer Consultant
As an optimization developer consultant you will work on projects where skills in programming and development methods for decision support systems are important. Industrial experience of some of the following technologies is preferred: Java, C++, various optimization methods, constraint programming, object-oriented analysis and design. Experience from industries or organizations where planning, scheduling, resource optimization or logistics is important and an advantage.
