Jeppesen Systems is looking for Pairing Analysts with solid cockpit and cabin crew pairing skills and a talent for professional customer relationships to provide high-quality pairing solutions in a timely fashion satisfying client demands.

The position

You will be working on producing monthly pairings for domestic and international categories, for regional and legacy carriers. Your strong analytical skills and industry knowledge will be essential in providing clients cost-effective high-quality pairing solutions. Your ability to work independently, sense of initiative, and familiarity with pairing software allow you to be a key player from the start.

Professional qualifications

• You have excellent understanding of the pairing problem, for both cockpit and cabin crew.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a pairing analyst at a major airline (more than 10 airplanes)
• You are fluent in English
• You have an analytical approach to problem solving
• You are comfortable using sophisticated software programs to create pairings
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays
• Ability to adapt to changing deadlines

Assets

• You are multi-lingual, with a preference for Spanish and French
• You have a solid understanding of airline business
• You have an interest in technology as well as human relations
• You have crew rostering experience
• You have crew scheduling experience
• You have a good understanding of government aviation regulations
