The
primary aim of the Service Centre is to provide first class service
to our clients. In order to do this, the Service Centre, a pool
of knowledge on the Carmen product portfolio, needs experts in system
administration; rule and report writing using Carmen's application
specific languages; installation; customer planning problems and
Unix. We not only offer the traditional support, but we also provide
proactive support to ensure the quality of our products and provide
our clients with all-round better service.
Carmen
offers several career opportunities. In addition to being able to
transfer easily between the positions listed above, you have the
opportunity to become a project manager for one of our customization
projects; you can become an account manager for one of our clients;
or you can assume commercial responsibility for the future development
of our products as product manager. It is all up to you.
