Jeppesen Systems AB, formerly Carmen Systems AB, is looking for a software engineer in R&D for development of the Manpower Planning product.
The Carmen Manpower product manages long term crew planning, and is used to control the balance of crew supply and demand. Some of the main benefits are to make more precise budget scenarios and forecasts, discover production problems early, and manage leave and training to balance resources over time. A challenge is to manage the volumes of data with large crew communities over long time periods.
You will be a member in the R&D Manpower development team, involved in all steps of software development; requirement analysis, design, implementation and testing. You have creativity and determination for solving challenging technical problems, and have several years of object oriented programming experiences. You also have a true interest in understanding the client problem and in seeing how this connects to the development.
Required experience:
- Several years of object oriented programming experiences of medium to large systems.
- Preferably within Python and C# GUI related areas.

- You are fluent in English
- You have an analytical approach to problem solving
- You have a true interest in both technology and the customer needs
