During your first 2-3 years at Carmen Systems, you will work as a Project Manager for a comprehensive software implementation project for a French transportation company. The project is of strategic importance for Carmen Systems and for the customer. You will have the financial responsibility for the project and will have a team of sub-project managers supporting you. The sub-projects comprise Change management, Technical integration and Implementation projects. The project will, at the most, involve 25 persons. A large amount of your time will be spent on establishing a close relationship with the client and coordinating activities in Sweden and France.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager within Software, who has organizational, technical and strategic business skills required to reach profitability for both customers and suppliers. You must be strong in your negotiation and communication skills and have experience in contacts with senior management in large organizations.

We require that you have had a couple of years working experience in France or within French companies. Your must also be fluent in written and spoken French and English.

We prefer that you live in Gothenburg but there is a possibility to be based at one of our offices in Stockholm or Copenhagen. You should be prepared to work 3 days per week in Paris.
