From the 8 - 10 October, around 50 airline managers and industry specialists representing around 20 airlines attended Carmen's conference on Operational Efficiency in Miami, USA. The conference was a valuable opportunity for industry representatives to network and discuss methods for ensuring reliable and cost-efficient airline operations.
