If you could wish for three things from your decision support system, what would they be?

A. Let us guess. We assume that you want your system to suggest a smart, profitable network, optimally assign vehicles and crew and make effective use of ground resources. Since these are all connected, you want to integrate and optimize them as globally as possible - we call this Power Integration.

B. You don't want to be locked in and strangled by your labyrinthine rules, so you need the thechnological power to change them rapidly in all your systems. To put it simply you want Change Power.

C. You want to be in control. After all, you can't leave every decision to a computer. There are trade-offs between a top-quality, punctual service and a minimal cost operation. You want to balance strategic and tactical aspects as well as human quality and productivity. As a company executive you want all the relevant information, make decisions, set targets, and then you want the technology to ensure that the targets are met. We call this Target Mastery. It's the last of the three fundamental properties that represents Carmen's suite of decision support produducts.
