The Boeing Company purchased Swedish company Carmen Systems June 14, 2006, and merged the company into Jeppesen's Commercial & Military Aviation business unit. As a consequence of this, SBS International has also been merged into Jeppesen.

All of Jeppesen's planning, scheduling, optimization and disruption management business will be led from Göteborg.
