There are four levels of Pairing/Rostering courses.
There are also courses for the common tools that are available in the Carmen system.
- The Rave I and Rave II courses covering the unique programming language that is used for defining the planning problem.
- The Rave Publisher I and Rave Publisher II courses presenting the tools for creating different reports.
- The Rave for Pairing Optimization and Rave for Rostering Optimization uses Rave for advanced optimization.
- The GUI Customization course presenting the possibilities to modify the Graphical User Interface (GUI) of the Carmen system.
- An introductory course on the use of the Pyton language in the Carmen system, and an advanced course on how to use Python for in Studio.
- The Carmen Administration course, which provides information on how to maintain the Carmen system in a production environment.
- Integrated Operations Control addresses
experienced Day of Operations Controllers with little or no knowledge
of the Carmen Integrated Operations Control System.
- Fleet Control addresses experienced Day
of Operation Controllers who wants to gain in-depth knowledge of how to
use Carmen Fleet Control.
- Passenger Recovery addresses experienced
Day of Operation Controllers who wants to gain in-depth knowledge
of how to use Carmen Passenger Recovery.
- A Management Perspective on Planning
aimed at Managers on all levels in the area of IT and crew/fleet operations.
The course is relevant for clients that today are using Carmen's planning
tools, or for clients that wish to learn more about the impact of introducing
advanced planning solutions.
- Introduction to Optimization Methods is a general course on different optimization methods and how they are used in the Carmen products.
