In addition to best of breed products, Carmen Systems provides a wide range of services, such as training, support, quality assurance visits and different types of consultancy.

Carmen Academy provides: a variety of courses suitable for planners and technical staff as well as managers. These include courses in basic crew pairing planning, advanced crew rostering planning, system administration, changing legality rules and cost reports, what a manager can expect and demand from an organization equipped with Carmen's products, general optimization theory, and much more...
 
The Carmen Service Centre is our clients' everyday contact with the Carmen organization. Each client has a dedicated Service Manager as a voice at Carmen. The Service Centre can answer questions about functionality, assist with installing new versions, be an active advisor on how to achieve the best performance from the system and take care of any problems that may arise.
 
Yearly New Versions
A majority of our clients rent the system. The rental agreement includes anew version annually. The Service Managers constantly compile client feedback, and at least once a year all clients meet to discuss desired improvements and new functionality.
 
IQ Visits
To make sure that our clients benefit from recently delivered functionality an annual Installation Quality (IQ) visit is carried out. During this visit the client's process is reviewed and experts from Carmen suggest possible improvements both from a technical and organizational perspective.
 

Carmen Systems provides a wide variety of consulting services based around our existing products. Consulting services include taking systems into production , assistance in production planning, evaluating today's planning process, introducing new processes, analyzing agreement efficiency and much more.

 
Every year the Carmen Users' conference is co-hosted by Carmen and one of our clients. During the conference Carmen presents new processes and new functionality. But most important is the possibility for our clients to meet and exchange ideas.
