I heard about Carmen from a fellow student at university when I was studying Technical Information. My curiosity was aroused: what on earth were they doing at Carmen? I visited them at Odinsgatan, and have now been at Carmen for more than four years, and am enjoying every minute of it. Technical writing is my main job, and it's a short step to my favourite hobby - reading. Apart from that, my three adorable children and sportsman husband take up all my spare time!

I have been the manager for the Technical Information group since autumn 2002. We have 5 technical writers providing our users with information such as user manuals, product sheets and online help. We work closely with the software developers and have a lot of opportunities to influence the product. Most important of all, we have a lot of fun at work!

I have a M.Sc. in Electronics from Chalmers University. I started at Swedish Telecom Radio, and then went to Ericsson Mobile Data Design.
