Invoicing Information
Jeppesen Training for Carmen Products will generate an invoice for a course booking 30 days before the start of the course or upon enrolment if enrolment occurs within 30 days before the start of the course.

Payment terms are 30 days from the date the invoice is sent.

If your company requires that a purchasing number be given when Jeppesen invoices you, then this reference must be supplied at the time of enrolment.

Cancellation
 Please notify us of your cancellation at least 10 working days before the course is scheduled to begin, or you will be charged the total course fee.

Upon cancellation at least 10 working days before the start of the course, a credit note will be issued.

We reserve the right to cancel a course, due to a limited number of attendants or other circumstances out of our control.
